Step 1 - Evaluation
We are here for you. For any legal needs, you are most welcome to contact us by phone, inquiry form, or simply visit us at our office.

Though we are available for walk-ins, contacting us by phone or inquiry form prior to your visit is highly recommended. This will save your time and help us match you with the right attorney. Note that if the legal consultation exceeds 15 minutes, a US$200 hourly consultation fee will be applied.

Step 2 - Intake:
After we discuss with you and determine the case nature, we will discuss legal fee structure, explain the roadmap of the case procedure, and sign the Retainer Agreement with you. You will be advised with the general processing time for your case, the future steps, and the materials or information required.

Step 3 - Follow-Up:
After you retain our service, you might be asked to drop-off/email/fax/WeChat us the documents requested to proceed the case.  You are encouraged to ask us about your case status, and we will follow-up with you from time to time, at any major steps, for any additional information needed, or when a decision about your case needs to be made.  

Step 4 - Complete Case:
Cases that are closed/approved/settled will be scanned and archived. If you have any question about your case with us, or any relevant issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.
